Hi, I'm Rahul.
I like the projects other people call messy. That is usually where the interesting part is.
Twelve years in web development and project management, most of it spent between three things: websites that have to be quick, CRM setups that have to be right, and the automation that quietly connects them.
I work the way I would want someone to work for me. Tell you what a thing really takes, show progress on a staging link every week, and hand over something the next developer can read without calling me.
Along the way I helped build Volcone from an empty office into a team serving 300+ customers across 5+ countries, and I have sat on the technical round for more than 500 interviews. Both taught me the same lesson: a project is people first, code second.
